His current role is within the Infor Consulting Services organization, where he serves as account manager for North American education, as well as being a resource for the EAM iProcure team. Scott is based out of Infor’s Greenville, South Carolina, office.

In this role, Lia provides industry-specific solution direction within customer engagements and supports Infor’s strategic product direction related to energy performance management. Prior to joining Infor, Lia led the client services department at ENXSuite, where her team was responsible for solution implementations, managed services, technical support, and presales. Lia has 14 years of enterprise software experience having served a number of large global clients focused on energy performance and supply chain management. Lia is an industrial engineer with a background in supply chain optimization and semiconductor manufacturing planning.

Jim’s experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications began in 1997 when, as director of Fluor Global Services Software, he launched Tabware Online, one of the first applications to be launched as a SaaS solution.
Jim joined Datastream (now Infor) in 2000 to architect and launch Infor's EAM SaaS business, which has now grown to almost 250 customers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to 1997, Jim was vice president, founder, and a principal of BYTE Systems Inc., responsible for BYTE's product design and development, giving him a strong foundation and understanding of all aspects of the software business.
