EAM and Sustainability: Live on Location at Bentley University (Part 3)

Last week we aired part two of my four-part conversation with Amanda Navarolli, sustainability manager for Bentley University. During that discussion, Amanda gave us great advice on creating a sustainability council and identifying the top priorities in a sustainability initiative.

In part three, Amanda discuss the energy reductions that Bentley has achieved to date as a result of the success of its enterprise asset management (EAM) strategy. The university’s most significant reduction: an 8% year-on-year decrease in overall energy usage as of March 2010. If you think that’s impressive, wait until you hear Bentley’s goals for reducing their carbon footprint in 2015, 2020 and 2030.
