Bob is currently a member of the CLEAR Regulatory committee, AWWA, APWA, and has been a guest lecturer for the University of Wisconsin's Department of Engineering Professional Development Program.
Director, Regulatory Solutions, Public Sector Group
Kent serves as the solution director for the Hansen Community Development and Regulation (CDR) solution, which includes planning, development, permitting, licensing, and code enforcement. He is responsible for market analysis, sales strategy, competitive analysis, gathering customer feedback, and many other tasks associated with driving the success of a product line and market segment. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years in various capacities, including contractor, certified building inspector, permit coordinator, and industry consultant.
Product Manager, Public Sector
Juan has 6 years of experie nce with Hansen and Infor Public Sector products. As product manager, Juan is responsible for establishing short- and long-term product goals and strategies, works with marketing to create and implement effective strategic marketing plans, and oversees special projects such as customer-focused Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to help drive the direction of product development. He also directs such activities as product/service naming, branding, pricing, packaging, positioning, and training and oversees the proposal, development, and launch of new products.

Kevin is a more than 12-year veteran of the asset management business at Infor, serving roles in sales, service, product management, and now director of asset solutions for the Public Sector group. He is based out of the Infor asset management development hub in Greenville, South Carolina.
Solutions Director, CIS Billing, Public Sector Group
Carlos Thomas serves as the solutions director for the Infor Public Sector Utilities practice. He has been with the company for 13 years, with a primary focus on Hansen CIS Billing and Hansen Customer Service. Carlos has traveled around the globe working with many of our customers both large and small, which gives him the unique abilities to understand the day-to-day issues that take place in a customer or billing service center.
