Technical training with Infor product experts at Infor TechEd
The first Infor TechEd for Infor CRM and CPQ kicked off yesterday at Infor’s headquarters in NYC. Yesterday Duncan Angove, Infor President, welcomed attendees and discussed the strategy behind the customer experience suite. John Perona, VP Product Development, highlighted the key guiding principles driving Infor’s customer experience strategy.
Attendees enjoyed the spring weather and city views in between attending keynotes, sessions, and open lab time. Deep-dive breakout sessions covered best practices for using Infor CRM and CPQ, plus additional topics like leveraging the tech stack, extending Infor CRM, Infor CPQ enterprise quoting, CAD automation, and more advanced topics.
One of the key benefits of having Infor TechEd at the NYC office is the direct access to Hook & Loop, Infor’s internal creative agency. This morning attendees participated in a Hook & Loop workshop about empowering role-based users. Attendees got into the design mindset by participating in several interactive exercises.
Tomorrow there will be an additional keynote, more deep-dive breakout sessions, and a panel discussion with the Infor product management team.
