President, i-app
Dan has been an ERP consultant, working with manufacturing companies since 1996. He began his career with Baan Consulting in 1996 and was trained in the Netherlands at the Baan Business IT School (aka, BBITS). Dan left Baan in 1999 to pursue an opportunity as an independent consultant, eventually founding i-app in 2003. With i-app, he’s served as principal consultant, project manager, and now as president of the company.
Dan has collaborated with Infor Consulting Services (ICS, formerly PSO) on a number of successful Infor ERP LN projects and continues to be involved with several implementations that are being done by i-app consultants. Currently, he’s focused on growing i-app’s relationship as an Infor channel partner. Dan has a B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA in finance from George Mason University.
Senior Director, ERP Product Management, Infor
In John’s current role, he draws on over 25 years of industry experience to guide the company’s ERP product strategy and marketing. He came to Infor from Oracle, where he ran supply chain planning product strategy.
He joined Oracle as part of the acquisition of Demantra, where he was vice president of marketing and product management. At Demantra, John helped direct the company through a successful transition from providing a single OEM demand planning product to becoming a leading provider of sales and operations planning and trade promotion management applications. Prior to Demantra, John spent eight years at AMR Research, where he was one of the leading industry analysts in ERP and supply chain management, and was responsible for the research organization. He is a co-founder of the Supply Chain Council.
Mike Edgett, Director of Industry Marketing, Process Manufacturing
As Director of Industry Marketing, Mike is responsible for Infor’s positioning in the food and beverage, chemicals, and life sciences markets.
Prior to joining Infor, Mike was the vice president of marketing at Movius and held various marketing positions with Arris Interactive and Bunge Foods. He also held positions with Quaker Oats and Bordens in product management, business development, and research and development.
Mike earned his MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Houghton College.
ASQ CQE, Quality Assurance Specialist, Synergy Resources, Inc.
Heather is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and an ASQ certified quality engineer. Her 39 years’ working experience include 12 years of supporting the Infor VISUAL Quality solution and 27 years in Canadian and US manufacturing. Heather resides in York, Maine.
Delivery Manager, Nordics, Infor
Christian brings over 15 years of consulting, support, and management experience to Infor. The main focus throughout his career has been on manufacturing, logistics, service management, and IT, and the technology to support them. In his current role as delivery manager, Christian is responsible for managing the ERP implementation team in the Nordic region that serves customers in industrial machinery and equipment, high-tech and electronics, and general manufacturing.
Prior to joining Infor, Christian held positions in project management and consulting at a numerous technology firms, including NeoProcess A/S, Intentia, and Ib Andresen Industri. He also spent two years as an associate professor at the University of Southern Denmark, teaching Danish and international engineering students about supply chain management and ERP at the Faculty of Engineering.
Director, Industry & Product Marketing, Infor Manufacturing
Mark brings 20+ years of manufacturing and distribution experience to his role with Infor’s ERP products.
Mark joined Infor through the acquisition of SSA Global in 2006. Previously, Mark has led supply chain solutions marketing and served as a principal business consultant leading presales, solution design, and implementations for several Infor solutions. Mark also spent time as the director of SCM sales and business development for both North America and Europe.
Mark began his career at Southern Alloy of America, a division of Metals USA, and also spent three years as an engineer with Lockheed-Martin.
Director, Industry & Product Marketing, Infor
Andrew Kinder is the director of product marketing at Infor and is therefore responsible for setting the strategy, determining focus industries, aligning forward development direction and driving global execution through marketing and sales enablement. He has a background and particular interest in enterprise resource planning. Andrew's prior experiences include supply chain leader Mercia Software, where he was Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for sales and marketing of the UK and Netherlands businesses.
For 6 years, he held sales and business consulting roles in the UK by Boston-based Marcam Corporation, now part of Infor and focused in the process manufacturing markets. For the 7 years prior to this, he completed numerous implementations for discrete manufacturing customers, working for ASK Computers, now an Infor asset.
Andrew attained a first class honours degree in Industrial Management (BSC) from Sheffield University in 1984.
President, The Lake Companies, Inc.
The Lake Companies, an Infor Channel Partner and Infor Solution Partner located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, has 26 years of experience with SyteLine, Symix, and its descendants. The Lake Companies developed the Labr-Trak and Doc-Trak applications for Infor, which are used by hundreds of SyteLine companies worldwide.
Wolfram Schmid
Director, Industry and Product Marketing, Automotive
Wolfram is a veteran of the automotive industry. He joined Infor (when it was Agilisys) in 2002, and is responsible for maximizing growth and profit for Infor’s automotive manufacturing segment by providing the sales team with the necessary tools to succeed in this industry.
Wolfram began his career with R+H (later BRAIN AG) at an entry-level position and later became an automotive ERP consultant. He was then promoted to product manager, where he was instrumental in the organization of the Product Management department.
Wolfram was the first chairman of ITA (Information Technology for the Automotive Industry) (2000–2002), later vice chairman of ITA (2002–2004), and is still a member of the ITA Steering Committee.
Manufacturing/Planning/Scheduling Specialist, Synergy Resources, Inc.
Bill is an operations leader with 20+ years’ experience combining general management with ERP, Lean manufacturing practices, critical path analysis, and 5S techniques. He’s a Certified Infor Instructor to implementing ERP systems and associated training for top-level executives. As a consultant, he offers manufacturing best practices by balancing demand, supply, and capacity constraints to maximize production capability and improve productivity. He also incorporates process reengineering techniques to consistently improve production, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Bill’s other areas of expertise include management techniques using ERP software to improve manufacturing processes to control performance. His expertise is in MRP, JIT, TQM, APS, MPS, and Lean manufacturing practices. He’s HACCP certified, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Senior Account Executive, i-app
John has over 20 years’ experience in sales and sales management for several enterprise software companies, including Unisys, Pansophic Systems Inc., Fourth Shift Corporation, and Infor. As senior account executive, John is responsible for revenue production of ERP software and professional services to new and current customers. With software industry expertise and manufacturing experience, John truly understands the requirements for his customers to be successful in a highly competitive, global market.
John holds a B.S. degree in business from Southern Illinois University. In addition, he’s certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
Managing Partner/Chief Operating Officer, BizTech
Joe has over 22 years experience in manufacturing with 13 years supporting Infor ERP VISUAL. Prior to starting BizTech, Joe held the positions of Cost Accountant at Globe Industries and IT Specialist at J Richard Industries. Joe has an Associate Degree and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Toledo. BizTech is an Infor ERP VISUAL Channel Partner and is located in Toledo, Ohio.
