Using LifeCycle manager to apply a Lawson Smart Office hotfix

In the ERP world, installing a hot fix takes a lot of time and preparation not to mention the post installation testing.  With Lawson Smart Office and LifeCycle Manager the preparation and actual installation of a hot fix take but a few minutes. What makes this even better is that it can be done while users are on the system.  The next time a user logs in, they will be informed that there is an update and it will be installed.

Recently I had to update my LSO server and I decided to take a video of the process.
